Joe Little – CEO
Joe Little serves as the CEO of Bernie Little Distributors, having joined the company in 1977. With an extensive tenure spanning over 47 years, Joe has held various roles within the family business. Under his guidance, Bernie Little Distributors has achieved industry recognition, securing Anheuser-Busch’s prestigious Ambassador of Excellence award multiple times.
Joe’s favorite products are Budweiser, Wicked Weed Freak of Nature, and Elysian Space Dust.
Joseph Little – President and EAM
Joseph Little currently holds the position of President and EAM at Bernie Little Distributors. He pursued his education at Valdosta State University, where he not only played football but also graduated as a student-athlete with a degree in Business Management. Following his graduation, Joseph and his wife relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, where he gained three years of valuable experience working for the Anheuser-Busch distributor, Southern Eagle Distributing. Subsequently, he returned to his hometown of Lakeland, Florida, joining BLD in 2018 and initially serving as the On-Premise Sales Manager. In recognition of his contributions, Joseph was promoted to the role of General Manager in 2021.

Jessi Little Garritano – Event Manager
Jessica Little Garritano holds the role of Event Manager at Bernie Little Distributors. Jessi completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Florida Southern College. Over the course of her 16-year tenure at BLD, she has contributed in various capacities, including roles in the On Premise department, Media Specialist and as the Customer Service Coordinator. She eagerly anticipates organizing events both in Lakeland and at our recently established Sebring event center. Jessi has had the opportunity to visit the Breckenridge Brewery in Colorado and the Wicked Weed Brewery in Asheville, North Carolina.
Jessi’s favorite products include Prime Hydration Strawberry Watermelon and Cutwater Strawberry Margarita.
Ralf Ciafardini – On-Premise Sales Manager
Ralf Ciafardini serves as the On-Premise Sales Manager overseeing both the Eaton Park and Sebring branches. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Central Florida. With a tenure of 4 years at the company, Ralf initially held the role of Eaton Park Warehouse Manager before being promoted to his current position.
Ralf’s favorite products: Busch Light and Nütrl vodka seltzers.
Natalie Witmyer – Controller
Natalie Witmyer holds the position of Controller at Bernie Little Distributors. She obtained her degree in Accounting from Waynesburg University in southern Pennsylvania. Joining the company in 2016 as the Accounting Manager, Natalie’s exemplary performance led to her promotion to the role of Controller in 2018. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Natalie actively participates in BevCap, BLD’s insurance captive with distributor members nationwide.

Mike Jones – Off-Premise Sales Manager of Eaton Park
Mike Jones currently serves as the Off-Premise Sales Manager for the Eaton Park branch of Bernie Little Distributors. Over his 21-year tenure with the company, Mike has assumed roles such as Key Account Manager and Chain Sales Manager for both the Eaton Park and Sebring branches. His global beer experience includes a visit to the Stella Artois brewery in Belgium.

Daniel Bailey – Vice President of Operations
Daniel Bailey is the Vice President of Operations at Bernie Little Distributors. Daniel has worked in the food service distribution industry for 20 plus years.
His favorite beer is Michelob Ultra.
John Hendrick – Branch Manager of Sebring
John Hendrick holds the role of Branch Manager at Bernie Little Distributors’ Sebring location. With an extensive 38-year tenure with the company, John has served in various capacities, including Sales Manager and his current position as Branch Manager.
John’s favorite products are Budweiser, Michelob Ultra and Bud light.
Derek Melvin – Off-Premise Sales Manager of Sebring
Derek Melvin serves as the Off Premise Sales Manager at Bernie Little Distributors’ Sebring branch. With a dedicated 29-year tenure with the company, Derek has occupied diverse roles, including warehouse selector, delivery driver, and sales representative. Thrilled to be part of the brand-new Sebring location and its state-of-the-art 100,000 sqft. warehouse, Derek expresses his enthusiasm.

Mike Blume – Business Development Manager
Mike Blume currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Bernie Little Distributors. With an impressive 33-year tenure within the company, Mike has previously held roles as a delivery driver and sales representative.

Paul Tomachesky – Service Manager
Paul Tomachesky holds the position of Service Manager at Bernie Little Distributors, overseeing all delivery drivers at both the Eaton Park and Sebring branches. With a career spanning 17 years within the company, Paul has assumed various roles, including service supervisor, bulk supervisor, and lead service supervisor, culminating in his current managerial position.

Larry Altman – Warehouse Manager of Sebring
Larry Altman serves as the Warehouse Manager in Sebring for Bernie Little Distributors. With an extensive 22-year career within the company, Larry has held diverse positions, including delivery driver, service supervisor, and sales representative, leading to his current role. He expresses delight in Sebring’s new facility and its state-of-the-art 100,000 sqft. warehouse.
